Who We Are

We've been in business since 1938, and while our business has shifted, the one thing that's stayed the same is our commitment to providing great service. Our highly skilled sales and installation teams work to meet your specific needs. No job is too big or too small! We have always been Edmonton owned and operated, and are proud to be one of the oldest stores in the area, servicing Edmonton and surrounding area, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, and anywhere else our clients need us. Being a local Edmonton small business is important to us. Our communities matter, and we aim to build strong relationships.

We've been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over 40 years along with being a member of the CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses). We are also members of the audio-visual community, participating in the Consumer Electronics Show® (CES) and the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA), among many others where we discover new AV trends and technology. As lifelong learners we are continuously attending manufacturer and industry education for smart home technology and audio video installers to ensure we are prepared to deploy the latest technologies for today and whatever the future might have in store for us tomorrow.

James has been in the industry for nearly 25 years. Starting in sales, becoming a technician doing installations and programming, then on to project management. After 20 years at National the opportunity arose and he bought the store from another lifetime employee/owner. He takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience and custom solutions in an increasingly complex tech world.
